What is your cancellation policy?
50% payment to hold your reservation. Full payment required 15 days before your stay. Full refund 15 days in advance of your stay.
Is this home safe for babies and children?
Children are welcome! Please be careful on the balcony as it can be unsafe for climbing toddlers. Also, no lifeguards are present at pools or beaches.

No pets are allowed for guests. Sorry, this is a building rule.

No glass in pool areas. Please use plastic cups.

Please do not slam the iron security gate.

Don't hang wet towels or swimsuits on the outdoor furniture or over the balcony glass. There are pins near the barbecue and in the showers.

Toilet paper is OK to flush. Please use trash cans for anything else.

There is a trash shoot on the stairs. Please ensure bags are fully closed. No glass can go down the trash shoot. Glass can be left in the corner near the shoot.

If using the beach club loungers and towels, it is courteous to order some food or drinks.
